Our goal is to make you successful. The Trutela Insurance Property and Casualty Agent Program is a gateway into an Insurance career with many opportunities. As a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent you will provide a crucial customer service role in helping customers understand and make changes to their insurance policies.
After successfully completing this program you will be a General Lines Licensed Insurance Agent with the knowledge to be successful and begin your insurance career.
We are excited to announce the following as part of our program:
- Training provided to pass the General Lines Property and Casualty Licensing test.
- Resources and assistance provided to earn the prestigious CISR designation. “The Certified Insurance Service Representative empowers outstanding individuals to provide exceptional account management and customer service.”
- Insurance Agency Operations training is provided.
- Training on how to use a comparative rater. This allow you to quote multiple insurance companies at one time.
- Training on how to use a CRM/ Agency Management system.
- Training on how to use individual insurance company systems. You will learn how to quote, make changes, take payments and process updates in multiple carrier systems directly.
- Introduction to Insurance company representatives for individual product knowledge training.
